Muhammad Shuja-Ud-Din

Mr. Shuja-Ud-Din had been a part of the Firm since 1st June, 2013 to June, 2015. Initially joined as an Apprentice but has finally become one of the major players of the ILA. His responsibilities were ranged from preparing cases, doing Legal Research up to handling courts and clients. He left an imprint of a thorough professional who executes all tasks assigned to him with great precision and proficiency. Presently he is a Law Officer at Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Ltd and enrolled for LL.M program.

Syed Jibran Mushtaq Gilani

Law Officer State Bank of Pakistan

Mr. Gilani, enrolled as an Advocate High Court, has been a part of ILA since 2013. He joined as a junior counsel; soon Mr. Gilani   grooved to perform tasks of increasing complexity and landed with a greater role in ILA. Banking and Constitutional Laws are   amongst his major areas of interest. Mr. Gilani is a law graduate, presently working as a Law Officer at State Bank of Pakistan and enrolled for LL.M Program.  

Danish Ali Qazi

Mr. Qazi a law graduate, holding Masters in Law, Political Science and International Relations. Mr. Qazi had long association with ILA. He initially joined ILA in 1998 as pleading draftsman. Later on completion of LL.B, he becomes full-fledged lawyer of the Firm. From 2014 onward, he is pursuing his independence practice. During stay at ILA, he developed expertise in Customs, Excise and Sales Tax laws. Service Laws, Immigration and International Transit Trade Law are other areas of his interest. He is equally proficient in Civil, Criminal, Contract Law and Property Disputes He is also known for his expertise on immigration and process of Appeal. He has many reported cases to his credit published in various Law Journals of Pakistan. 

Jaffar Ali Qazi

Mr. Qazi worked at ILA as an Advocate, Apprentice and as Draftsmen from December 2002 to February 2013. During his stay at ILA, Mr. Qazi has developed his expertise specially in Civil matters, Family matters, Rent and Labour Disputes. Besides, having experience in Electricity, Gas and CNG related Disputes and Consumer Courts, he has also well versed in in Customs, Sales Tax and Income Tax. Mr. Qazi is a Law Graduate LLB also holds Master in International Relations and has now been enrolled as an Advocate of High Court and now running his own Law Firm.

Zahoor Alam

Mr. Alam is law graduate. He remained at ILA from February, 2011 to August, 2012. He had an exclusive research work at his credit on transitioning of corporate Governance. Presently he is a Personnel Administrative Officer at Premier Sugar Mills & Distillery Co. Ltd, Mardan.

Anees Ahmad

Mr. Ahmad is a Law graduate has now been enrolled practicing law as an Advocate High Court. Laws relating to Education and real property business are his areas of specialization. He remained part of ILA from 2005 to 2008.

Nijat Khan

Mr. Khan is a graduate in Law. He remained at ILA form 2003-2008. During his stay at ILA, he attained formidable degree of experience in Civil, Tort and Damages. He is also known for his expertise in Customs, Excise and Sales Tax matter. He is an Advocate of High Court. Presently he is an independent lawyer practicing in his home town at Swabi.

Suhail Ahmad

Mr. Suhail Ahmad remained at ILA from 1998-1999; an advocate of High Court Since 2000 he has been practicing Law independently.

Syeda Sadaf Naz

Ms. Naz a law graduate from University of Peshawar. She is enrolled as an Advocate with KP Bar Council. She has been remained as an internee from July, 2015 to September, 2015 at ILA.

Taimur Khan Mohmand

Mr. Taimur Mohmand is a law graduate from Law College of Peshawar and is registered with Islamabad Bar Council and a member of Islamabad Bar Association. He is representing the Firm in Trial Courts and in revenue matter appears before the Adjudicating and Assessing Authorities as well as up to the Tribunal level. Having flare for research, Mr. Taimur is responsible in preparing brief in Civil, Corporate and Taxation matters for pleading before the High Court and Supreme Court. Gifted with the writing skills, he also a contributor to Daily Express and Daily Time, Islamabad. Before joining ILA, he was legal apprentice in Athar Minallah & Associates and CM Pak Zong.

Nazrana Yousufzai

Ms. Nazrana Yousufzai before leaving abroad for higher studies was an internee at ILA in 2005. She has LLM International in European and Human Rights Law from the University of Manchester. She also holds a master's degree in Central Asian studies. Her areas of interest include law, politics, women’s rights and history. She has conducted various research projects, including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa post 9/11 and World Trade Organization for Developing Countries. At present Ms. Yousufzai is a DC based journalist and is a writer and an artist.
